Yes. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all Pro features on your account forever. No recurring fees, no renewal.
Why is AI a separate subscription?
AI features run on servers that cost us money every month, so they're an optional add-on. You can subscribe with or without the lifetime plan, and cancel anytime.
How do I cancel the AI subscription?
You can cancel the AI subscription at any time from your account menu. You keep access until the end of the billing period. The lifetime plan never needs cancelling — it's yours.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund at contact@rhovium.com.
Is it included in my Google Workspace plan?
No. CAD Viewer is not related to Google in any way. Your Google Workspace subscription does not cover CAD Viewer as this app is not made by Google.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with any major credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not support PayPal.
